For Authors

All accepted papers and demo descriptions must be published in ACL format with respect to font, margin, etc.  Official ACL style files and templates can be found here.  The final version of your accepted papers and demo descriptions must be uploaded into our conference system no later than July 20, 2007.  The Program Committee worked very hard to thoroughly review all the submitted papers. Please repay their efforts, by following their suggestions when you revise your paper.

We also ask that you carefully adhere to the following page limit guidelines:

• Papers accepted for publication as long papers must not exceed than 8 pages, including title, examples, references, etc.
• Papers accepted for publication as short papers or posters must not exceed 4 pages, including title, examples, references, etc.

For additional resources not included in the final version, such as excerpts of recorded conversations, recordings of human-computer dialogues, interfaces to working systems, etc., authors are encouraged to make illustrative materials available on the web or otherwise.

Presentations

A full program schedule will soon be available at this web site.  Unless stated otherwise:

• Papers accepted for presentation as long papers will be delivered in 25 minute oral presentations in a plenary session.

• Papers accepted for presentation as short papers will be delivered in a 15 minute oral presentation in a plenary session.

• Papers accepted for presentation as posters will be delivered during a poster session. The maximum poster size is 84 x 119 cm.
