Welcome to SIGDIAL 2009!

Due to the success of the nine previous SIGDIAL workshops, SIGDIAL is now a conference. The SIGDIAL venue provides a regular forum for the presentation of cutting edge research in discourse and dialogue to both academic and industry researchers. The conference is sponsored by the SIGDIAL organization, which serves as the Special Interest Group in discourse and dialogue for both the Association for Computational Linguistics and the International Speech Communication Association.

SIGDIAL 2009 is co-located (sort of) with Interspeech 2009 as a satellite event, and will be held on September 11-12, 2009 at Queen Mary University of London, UK.
